How to integrate with PagerDuty

1. Click on Integrations Catalog.
2. Under Data Sources, look for PagerDuty and click Connect

3. In Add Integration page, click Connect
4. Enter you PagerDuty details:

• User Emails - To log into your PagerDuty account

How to enhance Access Flows using PagerDuty Escalation Policies

1. Click on Access Flows.
2. Click on Create Access Flow button (at the top right corner)

3. Set Grantee: Select On Call Shift and then select the Escalation Policy.
4. Set Approver: Select On Call Shift and then select the Escalation Policy.
