incident.io is an incident management platform that helps teams respond to, resolve, and learn from incidents.
Through this integration, Apono enables your on-call staff to securely request and manage access to resources with just-in-time permissions, ensuring only the right people have access at the right time during critical events.
incident.io Manage API keys permission
User account with permission to create and manage API keys
Follow these steps to create a dedicated API key for Apono:
In the incident.io portal, from the side main navigation, click Settings > API keys. The API keys page appears.
Click + Add new. The Create API key panel opens.
Enter a Name for the API key.
Under Add permissions, select Read schedules.
Click Create. A new API key will be generated.
Copy and save the API key.
Click Done. The Create API key panel closes.

Follow these steps to complete the integration:
Enter a unique, alphanumeric, user-friendly Integration Name. This name is used to identify the integration when constructing an access flow.
In the Secret Store section, under APONO, enter the incident.io Api Key.
Click Connect.
Now that you have completed this integration, you can use incident.io to define the grantee or approver in an access flow.
