Submitting access requests for the same resources with the same permissions can quickly become repetitive and time-consuming. Favorites allow you to identify and reuse frequently submitted access requests.
Favorited requests are ordered by the date the original request was completed. The three most recent access requests appear in the My Access page (web portal, Team, Backstage) or the Recent Requests section (Slack) for quick access.
For example, if you regularly request access to a database, you can mark the closed request as a favorite and easily locate it to resubmit the access request without re-entering the resource details.
In the Apono Portal, the page displays up to three recent requests and three favorite requests.
You can add a request to your favorites in any of the following locations.
